Haleem actually worked predominantly with my sister on the sale of our Dad's home following his death. My contact with Haleem was limited, but in every event, he was very professional, available, present and responsive. He returned calls promptly, delivered on commitments and managed an array of services in preparing the house for sale. I was stunned at the pace and quality of the work Haleem had completed. I was especially pleased that he effectively removed so much of the complication and stress that might well have fallen on my sister and family generally. Haleem was the best realtor I have ever had the privilege of working with! He took so much stress away, after my dad died, trying to figure out how I was going to manage getting his house cleaned out, updated, many things fixed—when I live 350 miles away! He has a crew that can do anything! He found deals on very expensive things like a new furnace, and already has people he trusts to install. In a competitive market that we were in, we were not unfamiliar with losing bids which created a lot of stress and anxiety for us.
